Estateguru vs. InRento

Estateguru and InRento are European real estate platforms. InRento focuses on rental properties that generate monthly income. Its track record is positive and the platform is growing quickly, although that may also introduce new risks. Estateguru has a longer track record and larger volume, but also a history of problem loans.

Monefit SmartSaver and Bondora Go & Grow are two easy to use investment platforms for investors who do not want to select loans themselves. Bondora Go & Grow has a longer track record, but we currently prefer Monefit SmartSaver. The returns are higher, and Vaults allow you to increase them even further.

Monefit SmartSaver review

We rate Monefit SmartSaver a 7.5, mainly because of its ease of use. Flexible balances currently earn yearly returns of 7.5 percent. In addition, the platform offers fixed-term vaults with returns up to 10.52 percent for a 24-month term. Your funds are used by Creditstar to finance consumer loans.

LANDE vs InSoil

LANDE and InSoil are two European platforms for agricultural loans. We currently prefer LANDE, because it has a simpler structure and shows a slightly more stable track record. InSoil sometimes offers higher gross returns and increasingly focuses on green loans and carbon credit projects.

At Lonvest, you invest through an auto-invest model that spreads your deposit across a range of consumer loans. We rate Lonvest a 6 and it is not yet on our list of recommendations. Interest rates are high and it offers multiple regions, but the track record is limited and all loans originate from companies within SpaceCrew Finance Group.

Indemo buys existing real estate loans with payment issues. Returns come from successful recoveries, for example after selling the property. In our review, the platform scores a 7.5: returns can be very high, but are unpredictable. In the meantime, your money is locked and you receive no interest.

Lendermarket review

Lendermarket is a peer-to-peer lending platform that allows you to invest in short-term loans with interest rates of up to 16 percent. We rate it a 7 out of 10. The returns and the amount of loans are very good. However, we noticed that almost all of the loans come from Creditstar, the main loan originator.

Kraken-review

Kraken is active in over 190 countries and known for its many trading options and strong security. Investment Platforms Europe rates Kraken a 7. In our review we tested both the standard dashboard and Kraken Pro. The main differences we found were in transaction fees and access to newer features like tokenized equities.
