Indemo buys existing real estate loans with payment issues. Returns come from successful recoveries, for example after selling the property. In our review, the platform scores a 7.5: returns can be very high, but are unpredictable. In the meantime, your money is locked and you receive no interest.

Lendermarket review

Lendermarket is a peer-to-peer lending platform that allows you to invest in short-term loans with interest rates of up to 16 percent. We rate it a 7 out of 10. The returns and the amount of loans are very good. However, we noticed that almost all of the loans come from Creditstar, the main loan originator.

Kraken is active in over 190 countries and known for its many trading options and strong security. Investment Platforms Europe rates Kraken a 7. In our review we tested both the standard dashboard and Kraken Pro. The main differences we found were in transaction fees and access to newer features like tokenized equities.

Crowdcube is one of Europe’s biggest equity crowdfunding platforms. On the platform, you can invest in shares of startups and growth companies, mostly from the United Kingdom and Europe. We rate the platform with a 6. The risk of loss is enormous. Most investments are very risky and shares cannot be traded in the interim.
