Lendermarket is a peer-to-peer lending platform that allows you to invest in short-term loans with interest rates of up to 16 percent. We rate it a 7 out of 10. The returns and the amount of loans are very good. However, we noticed that almost all of the loans come from Creditstar, the main loan originator.

Our review tested both the standard dashboard and Kraken Pro. The first thing that surprised us a lot, was the differences in transaction fees.

Projects look good, but with only 50 million euros in total volume, we find it difficult to assess whether the platform is capable of growing without any problems.

There are interesting campaigns, but company information and forecasts often come directly from the businesses themselves. They are usually very optimistic, which makes the risk of losing your investment high.

Crowdcube review

Crowdcube is one of Europe’s biggest equity crowdfunding platforms. On the platform, you can invest in shares of startups and growth companies, mostly from the United Kingdom and Europe. We rate the platform with a 6. The risk of loss is enormous. Most investments are very risky and shares cannot be traded in the interim.

Enerfip review

Enerfip is a French crowdfunding platform that focuses entirely on sustainable energy. We rate the platform with a 7.5. The platform works well and has a good range of projects. Interest rates are good, although many projects offer no guarantees. Be sure to consider the risks of each project carefully before investing.

Esketit review

Esketit is a P2P platform where you can invest in short-term loans with interest rates up to 12 percent. We rate the platform 7. Returns are high and stable, and the platform is easy to use. AvaFin, the owner of Esketit, no longer offers loans itself. Since 2025 the platform has been working with 5 other loan originators.

EstateGuru review

EstateGuru is a crowdfunding platform for mortgage secured real estate loans. In our latest review, the platform scored a 7. As an investor, you can start from 50 euros and spread your investments across several countries. The platform has been active since 2014 and had some difficult years, but the new strategy seems to be working.
