Winners AltFi Awards announced

Last week, the AltFi Awards event was held. LendInvest won the coveted AltFi Editor’s Choice award. Many other investment platforms were also awarded for their efforts.

The eighth edition of the AltFi Awards took place last week, in London. According to the organizers, the awards are a barometer of success among Europe’s leading alternative finance and fintech businesses. All nominees are judged by a jury consisting of leading industry experts, including Christian Faes, CEO at LendInvest; Romi Savova, CEO at PensionBee; and Daniel Lanyon, Editor-in-Chief at AltFi.
Raisin DS is Fintech Of The Year
The Fintech Of The Year award was won by Raisin DS, an online platform offering investors an extensive portfolio of savings accounts and term deposits from banks across Europe. Austrian trading platform Bitpanda won the Crypto Platform Of The Year Award. Popular fintech app Freetrade took home the Fintech App Of The Year Award.

Starling Bank was the only nominee that could take two awards home at the end of the evening, the Bank Of The Year and Consumer Fintecht Of The Year award. Lightyear was awarded the ‘One to Watch’ award. One of the previous winners of that award was LendInvest, in 2018. Now, that platform won the AltFi Editor’s Choice award.
