Investment platform Bondster has surpassed the milestone of 15 thousand investors. The number of investors has grown more than 30 percent last year. Together they have invested over 109 million euros through the website.

Twelve real estate investment platforms have joined together to form the Association of Real Estate Investment Platforms (AREIP). The association was founded by seven platforms, who are joined by five other platforms as members. Its main objective is establishing common market standards to build investor trust and liquidity.

Real estate crowdfunding platform EvoEstate has been acquired by InRento, another property investment platform. Users will be migrated to InRento, where they can invest starting from 100 instead of 500 euros.

Estonian real estate investment platform EstateGuru has funded 500 million euros in loans in total. The company founded its first loan in 2014 and has grown quickly since then, with loans financed in 2021 in the amount of 200 million euros.

Real estate investment platform Estateguru has launched a new feature: Investment Strategies. The new feature replaces the platform's well-known feature Auto Invest. To make investment more accessible, Estateguru has set 50 euros as entry point, instead of its previous €250 minimum.

A year after expanding into the European market, investment platform Freedom24 has over 50 thousand customers from Europe. Freedom Finance’s broker platform also surpassed 340 thousand users worldwide. The company plans to enter more European countries in the future.

European platform for SME financing October has secured 30 million euros. The funding comes from the European Investment Fund (EIF) and Dutch Invest-NL. The funding will be used to support European SME's.

Last week, the AltFi Awards event was held. LendInvest won the coveted AltFi Editor's Choice award. Many other investment platforms were also awarded for their efforts.
