EstateGuru reaches €100m in Lithuania

Estonian real estate investment platform EstateGuru has funded 100 million euros in Lithuania. It reaches this milestone only 5 years after entering that market. The platform has funded over 580 million euros in total.
€580 million in total
Earlier this year, real estate investment platform EstateGuru announced that it had funded over 500 million euros in loans in total. Half a year later, the company is at 580 million euros in total. The funding was raised in 3,000 projects across all of the company’s markets, including Finland, Spain, Portugal, Germany and the UK.
Lithuanian market delivers double-digit returns
Lithuania was the third market that the company expanded to. Five years later, it has funded over 100 million euros with investors within that market. “Lithuania has been one of the most successful operating countries in the Estateguru Group, delivering constant double-digit returns to our investors since we launched in 2017”, said Estateguru’s co-founder Marek Pärtel.
9% lending rise in Q1
The milestone follows a launch in Germany and the UK earlier this year. The platform is also planning to launch in the Netherlands, Italy and France soon. According to the company, it has seen a 9 percent rise in lending in the first quarter of this year.
‘The demand for alternative financing remains unchanged.’
“Our solid first quarter results demonstrate that, even with the impact of the war in Ukraine, the demand for alternative financing remains unchanged. Now more than ever, SMEs across Europe are looking for flexible financing options and reliable partners, who understand the real estate business.”
