The company has already launched campaigns in its two new markets. In Finland, the company has now launched a project called Noa Villas. This is a resort redevelopment, making use of existing structures in a region where rental demand is rising. And in Romania, the company has launched a project in Brașov, where it is turning a building into a mixed-use commercial complex for tenants in retail and fitness sectors.
‘Vast potential in Europe’
“Across Europe, there is vast potential in transforming older or underused buildings into new spaces for living, working, and culture”, says Gustas Germanavičius, founder of InRento. “By financing these conversions, renovations or rental projects, our investors are making European cities more livable and efficient while also building long-term value for themselves.”
